Tube Bending

We have some tube bending capabilities to complement our Tube Laser capabilities. If you have parts that need to be cut as well as bent, we can supply that capability. With an array of standard tooling, we can provide some basic bends.

Ercolina TB80 Top Bender:

• Mild steel tube capacity up to 3” at .120 wall thickness
• Pipe Capacity 2-1/2 Sch 40
• Solid rounds up to 1.5”
• Square up to 2.5” x 2.5” at .125 wall

• ½” pipe (.84” od) 1.8” center line radius
• ¾” pipe (1.05” od) 2.2” center line radius
• 1” pipe (1.315” od) 2.6” center line radius
• 1-1/4” pipe (1.66” od) 3.5” center line radius
• 1-1/2” pipe (1.9” od) 3.9” center line radius
• 2” pipe (2.375” od) 5.9” center line radius

Round Tube

• ¾” od, 2.6” center line radius
• .875” od, 2.6” center line radius
• 1” od, 3.2” center line radius
• 1-1/4” od, 4.4” center line radius
• 1-1/2” od, 5.9” center line radius
• 1-3/4” od, 6.7” center line radius
• 2” od, 7.5” center line radius

Square Tube

• ½” square, 1.8” center line radius
• ¾” square, 2.6” center line radius
• 1” square, 3” center line radius
